      Between Cantal and Lozere, the mountains are touched but are not alike. Far from turmoil and pollution, I find there on each one of enter they a pallet of colors and smells. In an artisanal and traditional way I extract some from subtle savours.

      By adding just my little grain of sugar, no preservatives and no dye, these wildflower jams find their place in your kitchen :
      • to raise or accentuate the taste of a meat or a fish,
      • to colour or aromatize your desserts,
      • or quite simply to decorate a pancake or a slice of bread.
      Let you play with these colors, these flavours and these natural savours.
      In any case, and you will surprise yourself become creator.
